VBS Registration Iron Men
Ironmen is inspired from Proverbs 27:17, "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another" illustrating the Bibles direction for men to gather together to share, learn and teach the Word of God. The Ironmen Ministry forges faith by promoting spiritual growth, moral fidelity, doctrinal purity and biblical responsibility among men. All while having a good time! Basically we are Christian men meeting as a faith fortification team to hold each other accountable; strengthen their faith; and grow their spiritual lives. IronMen consists of many men, each on his own journey but walking together with Christ. Some are behind, some are ahead, some are parallel but all understand their need for Christ and their need to support their Brothers In Christ.
Invitation:
The IronMen group meets every Tuesday morning from 7:00a.m. until 8:00a.m. in the Church Library. We have coffee, juice and a light snack, while we share some great discussions about one chapter/week of a Christian book we are all reading. No one needs to be a "Bible expert", just have an interest in what God is saying to us and a desire to grow in His grace. We really have some great discussions and debates...and we learn so much not only from the book we read and discuss, but from each other. The Bible is always by our side as we use it to "test" the words or conclusions of the author we are reading. (Of course, Pastor Ferdi is also there to steer us right if we stray away.)
