Our Director
Vivian Marshall has served as the director of Little Fishes Preschool since July 2000. Prior to joining Little Fishes, Mrs. Marshall directed preschool programs at other churches in Central Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Public Relations from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Education from Berry College. Mrs. Marshall has been an educator in this area since 1988. She is deeply committed to ministering to children and their families through Christian preschool.
Our Staff
All members of the staff are loving, devoted, highly qualified, educated, First Aid and CPR trained, and Florida Department of Children & Families certified. Little Fishes Preschool also exceeds the State's Child Development Associate credentialing requirement.
Preschool Board
The Little Fishes Preschool Board is comprised of members of Church of the Lakes and parents of children enrolled in the program. The Board is the governing body of the preschool, and its members work with the Director to oversee the preschool's management and act as liaison between preschool parents, teachers and the Session, the governing body of Church of the Lakes. The Board meets monthly and welcomes parental involvement, suggestions and concerns.
